Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your MeloDrama account access data or data associated with your device identifier.
Based on our current data practices, MeloDrama does not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment card information. We only collect a device identifier for login, content recommendation, crash analysis, and app improvement.
How to Request Deletion

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant app data, such as your device identifier if available, device model, app version, country or region, and any additional details that may help us locate your data.
What Will Be Deleted
When we verify and process your request, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your device identifier where reasonably possible, including data used for:
- Device-based login or session access.
- Content recommendation records associated with the device identifier.
- Crash analysis or app improvement records associated with the device identifier, where deletion is technically feasible.
Information That May Be Retained
We may retain limited information where necessary for legitimate business, security, legal, fraud prevention, debugging, or compliance reasons. Where possible, retained information will be anonymized or separated from active app use.
Processing Time
We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving enough information to identify the relevant data. In most cases, we aim to respond within 30 days.
If we need more information to verify or complete your request, we may contact you using the email address you used to submit the request.
Effect of Deletion
After deletion, some app functionality may be reset or unavailable. For example, reading history, content recommendations, device-based login state, and similar app experience data may no longer be available.
You may continue using MeloDrama, but the app may treat your device as a new user session after deletion.
